Shipping Policy

Shipping Terms – We offer free Ground shipping where indicated for certain products on orders for shipments within the Continental U.S.  Larger items such as seats or heavier items such as brakes/rotors may incur a handling charge to help cover shipping expenses.  We will contact you to confirm additional shipping charges (if applicable) prior to processing your order.  To qualify, free shipping will be mentioned in the item page or description, orders must be placed through our online store and must be requested to ship by “Ground” transportation.   If your order is under $250, a $12.95  handling fee will be added to your order to cover shipping expenses.  Depending on the item, we will ship to Canada – please inquire for Canadian shipments.

Please note – If an order is placed for an item marked “free shipping” and another item is selected for the same order that does not include free shipping, a shipping charge may be incurred for the weight of the extra item(s) ordered but not for the weight of the item which includes free shipping.  For example, your shopping cart has an order for a helmet qualifying for free ground shipping and two bottles of brake fluid are added to the order.  A shipping charge may appear for the brake fluid which is an item that does not qualify for free shipping.  Please contact us to confirm shipping charges if you are unsure.

When will you receive your order?

We strive to ship orders the same day (if the order is received by 2:00 p.m. EST) and ship via ground service which are usually delivered within 2-5 business days or less depending on delivery location.  Expedited shipping may be available depending on the item.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within a reasonable time period. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to request an RMA.

Returned merchandise must be in new, unused and resellable condition, with all original accessories, packaging, tags, etc. included. Returns must be shipped prepaid (no C.O.D.s). For your security, we highly suggest sending your return via a traceable manner (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail), and purchasing insurance. Apex Performance is not liable for packages that are damaged in transit or not received. Please DO NOT use the manufacturer’s retail packaging as your shipping container, or make any marks on the retail packaging as this will make the item unsaleable. No credit will be issued for items not in new condition and such items may receive a restocking fee, or returned at your expense.  Returns received after 30 days may only be eligible for store credit – please contact us for details.  Returns without a return authorization number may be refused.  A restocking fee up to 15% of the purchases price and original shipping charges may by deducted from your return.

Authorized refunds will be issued in the form of payment that was received by Apex Performance.  If an order is cancelled prior to processing by Apex Performance, we will gladly issue a refund via your original method of payment.

Special order items and custom suits are NOT returnable.

 

Multiple-Product-Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.

 

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Apex Performance reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. We strive to ship most orders the same day if received by 3:00 p.m. EST. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping unless it has been a special order item.

 

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Apex Performance, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
